  This is an awesome gym with an amazing group of people. The owners are very nice and the entire staff is knowledgeable and attentive. I have been dropping in for the week while on vacation from Florida. I was glad to see a cross fit gym in the downtown area because I visit my family here yearly and didn't want to fall off of my gym habits. I would strongly recommend this gym to anybody visiting or looking to start training. I will definitely be back my next trip up!!
